I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding order number [Order Number: 87641 ]. This is now the third time I have had to contact customer care, and unfortunately, my experience has only worsened.
Firstly, my order was already delayed, I ordered ( on 28 March 2024 ) which was inconvenient. However, upon finally receiving the package, I discovered that it was incomplete. I ordered 4 item and received just 3 , To make matters worse, the item I did receive was incorrect that I do not ordered . This is completely unacceptable.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the level of service provided. The delay, the incomplete order, and the wrong item have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected better from your company.
I urge you to rectify this situation immediately by sending the missing item and arranging for the return of the incorrect item. If not possible kindly provide with refund.
I hope to see a prompt resolution to this matter, as my trust in your company's ability to provide satisfactory service has been severely shaken.
