2. Caffeine Content
Green tea has caffeine content in it that comes from the ‘shaping’ process where the enzymes you are causing to react will, in turn, combine with the waxy outer surface to produce caffeine. Since blue teas are not made using tea leaves, but instead flowers they don't have caffeine. People who love tea but need to avoid caffeine for medical reasons can, hence, switch to any herbal tea.
